StreamHeaven provides streaming mentoring services and community support for Twitch streamers. Our service includes:
3.1 Subscription Tiers: We offer four subscription tiers ranging from €100 to €1,000 per month. Each tier provides different levels of service and support.
3.2 Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
3.3 Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing date.
3.4 Refunds: Refunds may be issued at our discretion on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our support team at [email protected] to request a refund.
4.1 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4.2 Twitch Account: You must have a valid Twitch account and provide accurate Twitch channel information to use our viewer engagement services.
4.3 Compliance: You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Twitch's Terms of Service.
4.4 Prohibited Activities: You may not use the Service for any illegal purposes, to harass others, or to violate any third-party rights.
5.1 Service Availability: We strive to provide uninterrupted service but do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. We may experience downtime for maintenance or technical issues.
5.2 Modifications: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with or without notice.
6.1 Community Viewers: Our service provides community viewer engagement to help grow your stream presence. The number of viewers provided depends on your subscription tier.
6.2 Stream Requirements: You must be actively streaming on Twitch to activate viewer engagement services. Services cannot be activated for offline channels.
6.3 Third-Party Platform Compliance: While we provide viewer engagement services, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for compliance with Twitch's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. We are not responsible for any actions taken by Twitch against your account.
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on the Service are the property of StreamHeaven or their respective owners. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Service without explicit permission.
8.1 Service "As Is": The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
8.2 No Guarantee of Results: We do not guarantee any specific results, viewer retention, or streaming success from using our services.
8.3 Limitation of Damages: To the maximum extent permitted by law, StreamHeaven shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless StreamHeaven and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
10.1 By You: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
10.2 By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our sole discretion.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Greece.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
